RETURNS

If for some reason your purchase is not up to your standards please contact us via email cloudsclothing@embarqmail.com or by phone at 276-728-7977 so we can issue a return authorization.  Please include your name, daytime phone number, address, and a brief description for the return/exchange.

We will accept returns on non-sale merchandise that is accompanied with order receipt within 30 days of purchase as long as the item has not been worn, washed, and still has the tags on it.

As for shoes there must be no signs of wear and in the original shoe box.  Please place the shoes inside their box on the inside of a shipping box.

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
